Help to extend the life of your boiler and heating system and optimise performance with an annual boiler and heating system service and safety check. This plan also includes boiler and heating system repairs required in order to successfully complete the service and to maintain your boiler and heating system. As a Heating System Service Plan customer we will also prioritise any call-outs to your heating system at any other times (though please be aware that this is a service and maintenance plan for your boiler and heating system, not insurance cover, and it does not protect you against unforeseen risks). Annual Service plan includes:: - Flue Gas Analysis - Internal Component Checks undertaken: Expansion Vessel, Electrical Connections, Fan, Ignition Probe, Main Heat Exchanger, Condensate Trap - Filter Clean (if fitted) - Gas pressure test - Repairing boiler, boiler parts or heating controls where repairable - Supplying and fitting any available boiler parts required - Fitting (but not supplying) any heating controls required - Repairing or replacing: Radiators, Radiator Valves, Central Heating Pipework, Gas Pipework, Header Tank Service Plan excludes:: - Domestic boilers over 70Kw in size or over 16 years old - Supplying new heating controls if required - Repairing the boiler (or supplying a new boiler) if the required spare parts are not available or the boiler is beyond economic repair - Repairing damage caused by sludge, scale or debris - Pre-existing faults or conditions - Chemical dosing - Warm air heating, underfloor heating, macerators, waste disposals, hot water cylinders, cold water supply tanks, gas appliances (other than the boiler) - Domestic hot and cold water system, pipework, sanitaryware and showers - Any pipework buried under concrete floors or within the fabric of your property - Any repairs/spare parts/replacements or call-outs, outside of the inclusions above.
