Standard annual service £80+vat

Full strip down service £100+vat (includes service kit including new seals and electrodes)

Landlord Certificates 

£80+vat (Boiler and cooker)

Gas Fire +£80+vat

Excludes material costs.

Parking is charged at cost where applicable. 

All invoices due within 7 days.
