We like to keep our pricing as transparent as possible with no hidden extras. These prices are for reactive plumbing, heating and gas work. For larger jobs such as boiler installations etc we will provide you with a quote.

Standard Charge (Monday – Friday (8am– 5pm)

our £65 + VAT (Minimum Charge)
Additional Hours £65 + VAT per hour  (Charged in 30 Minute Increments)

Emergency Call Out (Monday – Friday  (8am-5pm)
Fast response emergency jobs
First Hour £100+ VAT (Minimum Charge)
Additional Hours £80+ VAT per hour (Charged in 30 Minute Increments)

Out Of Office Hours Emergency Call Out (5PM – 8AM)
First Hour £150 + VAT (Minimum Charge)
Additional Hours £150 + VAT per hour (Charged in 30 Minute Increments)

Boiler Service 

Standard annual service £75+vat

Full strip down service £100+vat (includes service kit including new seals and electrodes)

Landlord Certificates 

£80+vat (up to 2 appliances)

​

Excludes material costs.

Parking is charged at cost where applicable. 

All invoices due within 7 days.
